This state is overrun by a handful of nasty whales. If you don’t spend enough money you are not good enough to participate in the game. They swap alliances to steal facilities from smaller alliances and hog everything. They do not allow anyone outside of top 2 to participate in castle battle. Top 2 have burnt out 3rd and 4th ranked alliances multiple times. Avoid.
