Despite any issues that may pop up the state still works well towards common goals especially during svs

Toa was one of the most effective presidents of the SUN alliance during his time there. The state is extremely supportive,strong sense of teamwork and unity. While there were occasional political dynamics, the overall collaboration—especially during SVS preparation and battles—is always outstanding. We want Toa as president all the time.
