I transfered to 2360 and compared to my old state this is heaven. The only drama I've seen is from one guy who made his own alliance and took first reward from as many fortresses possible.

Beautiful state, so peaceful and welcoming. Everyone seems very friendly and helpful and they all work together very well.

My state is getting worse every day. It's full of b******t! We have a VERY toxic alliance on our server. They are extremely arrogant and toxic, especially the leader of the XXX alliance, RatedRange. Players are being kicked from other alliances (that joined and exhibit this kind of behavior), raided, burned, having all their troops killed, not just once, but as many times as he decides it should happen. Inciting violence within their own alliance and also encouraging others to do the same. The agreements we see happening are only between the two largest alliances. Everything is done without the players' knowledge, including battles, and the best rewards that only they receive. The so-called R4/R5 players and FC1 players are not allowed to join rallies in events like castle, canyon, forge, and battles. They are kicked and threatened with punishment. They are also not allowed to enter the best constructions and buildings where the best rewards are obtained in these events. Everything is already agreed upon between these two alliances. The pressure to level up is constant. There’s no freedom of expression. Attacks are made by the XXX alliance and their leader RatedRange on other alliances, and the only response is silence. Many players are afraid to speak out and become a target. Several players have quit because of him. Others are waiting to change servers when migration happens... but migration is limited, not everyone can leave... besides, this is a game, this kind of bullying shouldn’t be allowed! Watching people who seemed nice turn into racists and aggressive bullies in a toxic alliance is depressing and frightening.

Despite initially starting well and peaceful 2360 has descended into a toxic playground for the arrogant and big spenders. NAP no longer exists except for to use as an excuse to burn smaller players, and others play mind games and deceit to further their own agenda in the game. There are still good folks in 2360, but their power is outstripped by that of the largest alliance who has happily feathered their own nest with new powerful players at transfer to increase their hold over the state. More and more players are transferring out, the writing on the wall becoming larger by the day. It will only be a matter of time before the state descends into total dictatorship of one alliance. This state could benefit from another whale brave and strong enough to challenge this behaviour and introduce some competition to the domineering alliance. At the moment silence and compliance is the only route to survival in 2360, and soon not even that will be enough.

As a top-1 alliance, his alliance doesn't follow NAP's rules about not jumping between alliances to take over facilities. Furthermore, he burns people as and when he pleases. He thinks he can do anything. LoS is practically meaningless now. I recommend avoiding this state.
