Great state I have recently transferred and i can immediately tell that this is one of the best states out there everyone is friendly and hard working which helps to create a sense of togetherness. Everyone spirals well in svs if you are planning on joining I highly recommend joining K80

State 2380 is one of the most balanced states I have ever played in. Most alliances here cooperate during SVS and major events, making it enjoyable for both F2P and spenders. The leadership of top alliances communicates well and is always willing to help smaller players grow. I have never seen any other state where, during the battle phase, the commander of the strongest alliance would willingly go to another alliance just to help weaker players earn points. This is truly an amazing thing and a clear display of the unity and generosity within this state. If anyone tries to slander State 2380, it’s probably because they failed to get whatever “favor” they were begging from this great whale. Toxic players are rare, and disputes are usually resolved quickly. The state is still young and active, with plenty of competition but without overwhelming pressure. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stable yet competitive environment.
