If you like to be told what to do with your alliance rather than asked this is the place for you. If you like your friends getting burned because ATM felt like it's the perfect state for you. If you don't like placing well in events good news you can call this place home. Because if your under fc9 you can't rank any higher than the top 100 or you'll get burned. Sounds like paradise right?! I know I can't believe a place like this exist! it's a magical place of peace and harmony. Nope just kidding. Dora is a b**** and Donkey Kong aka DaYuan treats the place like North Korea.

This is a warning for you all who will read this, don't ever come to this state. Unless you're a kind of masochist that like to be controlled. You can't get skins or any event items except during SvS or they will find excuses to burn you. Even if you did your best in SvS they still burn you! Every major alliances have left the state only some that are still trying to migrate. Once again, DO NOT EVER COME HERE OR YOU WILL BE CONTROLLED LIKE A SLAVE

The state is dominated by a state-killer whale - if you do not do what you're told you will burn, your alliance will burn, the entire state will burn. You are not allowed to compete in ANY events but SvS, unless you are fc9+ or you and your alliance will burn. Every major alliance but the one controlled by the whale have already left the state. Stay as far away as possible.

DO NOT COME TO 398 UNLESS YOU WANT TO BURN. If you are below a fc9 you are not allowed to be in any top lists in events apart from svs. If you are it means you will burn. The original 383 alliance have been forced to move out after merger. Dont transfer here or you will burn. Let this state die in h*** where it belongs with all of ATM and LEV. They make state burners look like good guy. 383 survived BAT but couldn’t survive 398. Long live DGN, VAL, SSU, JPF/ZOO.
