Toxic AllianceBroken NAPs
Not a fun state to be in if you arent allies with the trk or gms. There used to be nap 8 but those two (trk in particular) attacked nap alliances, resulting in a mass transfer. Could only recommend 361 if youre friendly with trk and gms, if you arent, i recommend looking elsewhere.
