This state is dying. Top 10 Alliances are struggling to fill their slots. This server will never recover from Hatred Dictatorship. Veterans with their big egos running this server. Not friendly to new players. Stay away.

Server 3163 is ruled by a dictatorial coalition led by OPG’s HATЯED, with RUS, OPG ARI, and GBP. The NAP dropped from top 10 to 6, then 7, now 5. Four of the top 10 alliances are gone, and the #2 fell from 96 to 77 members—now blacklisted. Rebellious whales roam, and the server’s been dominated since week one. Not recommended for migration — newcomers will be wiped out.
