Toxic AllianceBroken NAPsToxic Players
One alliance with whale who spent $100k before second SFC has created almost every issue in the state. Their pet runs the #9 alliance and he believes he is the authority in all things WOS. President does not activate state buffs. Refusal to rotate president position. Without this single alliance, it would be an extremely peaceful state. Players are deleting accounts, daily, to either move to new state or quit the game all together.
