Where to begin? After I finish laughing at the positive reviews from the toxic players in the state, of course. 2724 in theory is a great state. NAP7, world chat is friendly for the most part, most people get along really well. That's where the good times end. ~3/3 on SVS prep and 2/3 on castle, the castle loss was the direct result of demoralized players not wanting to fight for the state. -The state suffers from a dictatorship -HOE leadership calls members of the state pests and worms in world chat when they voice that there is hypocrisy present -They discount individual players who score high in SVS prep (Top 50/100 every day) if they are in smaller alliances -They frequently state that HOE doesn't need the rest of the state to win SvS (Spoiler alert! See last castle battle results! Betcha wish you didn't bully KOR out of the state, huh?) -HOE burns first and might ask questions later, but probably not -It is literally impossible to enforce NAP rules against HOE because they have the biggest whales, and there is definitely no honor system when it comes to the rules that have been broken -They have, over players taking first touch fortress rewards, zeroed an entire alliance (because of the actions of one member), zeroed individual players, kept players in presidential punishments for days+, and attacked a NAP R5 who followed the rules and rallied the fortress! (But HOE didn't get the rewards, so obviously this member deserved to lose their troops and rss) -Decided unilaterally that they will receive all of the transfer invites for the transfer event without discussing with the rest of NAP If you want to play in a state where the leadership has the temperament of an overtired toddler who you just took their favorite toy from, then 2724 is the state for you. If you value your sanity, go literally anywhere else.

Some low-level players who haven’t contributed anything in 2724 only stay here to slander 2724, calling it toxic, yet they still don’t leave, haha.

I’ve been in State 2724 for a while now. My start was rough — I first joined a more relaxed sub-alliance, but things fell apart quickly, especially with one alliance picking on weaker ones (not HOE). Later, I joined a top clan who welcomed me in. They’ve helped me grow, taught me a lot, and have always been friendly, organized, and supportive. We have a NAP agreement in place, which is generally a good thing, though sometimes rule changes create confusion. Still, it usually gets sorted out without too much issue. The “whale” of the state, Gillard, is honestly a great guy. He doesn’t let his power go to his head — he’s helpful and gives his all when needed. Others in power around his level also don’t cause problems or stir up drama. World chat is often fun and interesting, though, like anywhere, sometimes people air out their issues there. Overall, this state isn’t nearly as bad or as toxic as some reviews might suggest. I consider this state my home, and my alliance here is truly like family to me. (Though they still aren’t too thrilled about trying Red Bull mixed with coffee… one day they’ll come around!)

HOE alliance does whatever they want with zero consequences, but burns other alliances for less. They do not follow NAP rules that they strictly enforce on all of the other NAP alliances. It is a major dictatorship. The rest of the state is fairly peaceful and gets along well but HOE ruins the entire state.
