NAP broke down on first day when top alliance held castle and decided they just didn’t want to share. Since then they have continued to gather all the whales to their alliance and there was even a huge civil war between #1 and #2 alliance. The top alliance has many mentally unsound PRC players who rant on WC and like to create unnecessary drama. They will gaslight and ignore all rules even during killing event. Most alliances will leave on transfer day because they are sick of the shit from all the toxic players and their whales.
