Number 1 alliance dominates everything and will burn anyone who doesn’t give them their way. NAP basically does not exist since they get their way no matter what. Stay away from this state.

This state is led by a dictator-style alliance that constantly breaks agreed rules and suppresses others without remorse. They refuse to engage in fair discussions and only protect their own alliance, which has been the top 1 since the state opened. That top alliance is full of crybabies who can't stand dropping in rank and show strong narcissistic behavior. They act like victims when they are clearly the aggressors. Worst and most toxic state I’ve ever played in.

This state is controlled by a Whale alliance that either does or threatens to punish you if you don't perform to their standards. Their members are allowed to break NAP rules on their mains or their farms and they make excuses for them but if someone else does it they demand action. STAY AWAY
