Avoid at all costs. The state started with NAP 10,and because of all the infighting and backstabbing, the top alliance managed to reduce it to NAP 3. Literally the week before SVS prep, they decided to dissolve NAP completely. A super alliance was formed the day of SVS comprised of the state's whales, and now they are bullying and burning anyone who won't give them what they want. If listening to their constant demands and whining is your thing, then be my guest, but we are trying to leave as fast as possible.
