Decent state but leadership lacks maturity. But it all balances out as most of them are this way. They have chased out 1 alliance from the state due to ESY toxic behavior and some culture insensitivity.

Events are organized, fortress sharing is fair, and the Discord is always poppin’. Whether you're solo or rolling with a squad, HVN makes it fun. Mostly a peaceful and friendly state. The NAP alliances are all friends with each other and work hard on winning SVS. There is some petty drama but it gets resolves itself quick. Focuses on growth and allows players to grow at their own pace. No KOR!
