State 2104, ruled by the iron grip of COR, is less "survival game" and more "dictatorship simulator." The leadership runs on a wallet-first, fairness-last philosophy, and you'd better believe the top 5 alliances wrote the NAPs to suit their own interests. Why it's a mess: - COR controls everything: Events, diplomacy, resource distribution—you name it, they own it. And you’re just a pawn unless you’re part of their club. - Money talks, merit walks: Want influence? Better start spending. Free-to-play players are sidelined fast. - Rigged NAPs: The rules protect the elite, letting them dominate while smaller alliances scramble for survival. - Toxic enforcement: Break their ever-shifting rules and you’ll be zeroed into oblivion. But if you’re one of COR’s pets? You’ll get away with murder. The only chatter is COR’s propaganda or complaints from those stuck under their icy boot.
