The leader of the state put out a declaration that only helios troops and fc 5 are allowed to join the state, anyone else needs to get permission from the president first, and if anybody joins without permission they will be burned until their account is permanently ruined. This state is only for whales, and toxic ones at that. Dont join this state if your a nice person (explains why MBS players flocked to join 2010 in the first place)
