The worst state ever. Napoleon/Nostra/Napo is a racist, homophobic, misogynistic, tyrant. He bullies everyone who disagrees with him or he doesn’t like. He gets his minions to do his dirty work for him. Multiple alliances have transferred out of this state because of him including EMP, GER, KOR, GBR and many others. He sets NAP rules but breaks them as he sees fit and doesn’t adhere to NAP votes. He goes to other states and trolls on their WC because players from his state fled to other states to play in peace and get out of his toxic state. AVOID 1972 AT ALL COSTS IT IS AN EXTREMELY TOXIC STATE.

State leadership, namely Nostra/Napoleon & Hongju, have shown problematic and concerning behaviors. Several alliances (e.g. EMP & GBR) have transferred out due to their behavior.
