No communication, no cooperation, only demands. “My way or the high way.” Most people are already making transfer plans.

1939 is peaceful and fun, with fair rotation of power, cooperative events, and a friendly, drama-free atmosphere. Our state isn’t dominated by one mega-alliance trying to rule everything. Instead, there are agreements between alliances — we take turns. Presidency, forts, strongholds — all of it rotates. No one hogs the spotlight forever and that makes a huge difference.
