ROC is nothing but toxicity. They are very much a dictatorship and Jennifer is awful. If you don't agree with her she automatically treats you worse than gum on her shoe. Whatever you do stay out of there. It will only get worse since most of the bigger alliances have transferred out. I'd hate to see who they get merged with.

Initially toxic and the state became peaceful after drama creators left though power dropped. A lot of old player also already leave this state. Strong teamwork offers hope for future wins. They need to work hard and good cooperation.
