A peaceful state, not toxic, with diverse nations, everyone abides by the NAP rules based on mutual agreement between alliances, no city attacks during KE and SFC, same for SvS.. an agreement between 2 presidents that makes war feel safe (friendly war).

Very kind people. I transfer from there still regretting I'm hoping to come back!. It's just feels like home never saw people like them in other states..
