We recently went up against them in SvS battle and it was tragic, toxic world chat with homophobic slurs thrown around. Whales with supposed stolen accounts (although, said whale was pleasant enough). The whale had just recently zeroed the #1 alliance before SvS Battle which meant they lost SvS (Which could have been easily won if the whale were able to join the #1 alliance) The entirety of it was pretty tragic. They gave up an hour in as they had run out of resources to revive troops (not surprising as they had spent all week factory resetting the #1 alliance). I hope those that are seeking refuge manage to transfer out as although there was a majority that were extremely toxic there were a few who deserve to find a happier place to reside.
