A very nice state that is highly cooperative. We went up against them in SvS and they were good opponents. Some may have been slightly sensitive to trash talk, but they pretty much followed our agreed upon rules and were gracious and kind winners. They have been rebuilding their state and have had some success in getting it going. Seems like a nice place for individuals or alliances to go. Multi-cultural and multilingual.
