PHX is toxic alliance. Toxic alliance chat and dont lead events well. Whales also in other alliances in the state dont follow svs rules. I don't recommend transferring here. Im glad I left this transfer

Toxic mega whale - broke rules during SvS.

Used to be a good state but new whale don’t care about rule. He very toxic. Insult people. Leave alliance all the time. Get mad easy. And he anger SVS opponent because he don’t care about rule. His alliance don’t manage him. They too toxic.

Faced them in svs, they can't control their whales when they break rules consistently throughout and after a castle battle, then blame the other state for being dramatic. Don't agree to rules if you know your state players won't follow them.
