State Politics
Overall peaceful and friendly state, but if you are not in a whale alliance, too bad. Fortresse and Stronghold rotates, but the best rewards only go to the whales and their cliques, F2P and minimal spending alliances aren't viewed as assets to the state, and are expected to achieve the same or similar svs prep numbers as P2P alliances.
