I moved to a new state that I love after being in 1149 that was very whale heavy and had to many rules like not doing upgrades u til SVS, not being able to port to the whales area for KE, and god forbid you accidentally took the wrong facility (which can be token back) NAP meant nothin, the smalls got killed all the time, no one was able to beat the bigs or get bigger than them just awful all over

I left there a while back. The state is run by a megalomaniac called Sanji. Very desperate for attention praise and love. Ruined the server for several alliances that left, constant threat of being zeroed there. Castle not rotated. Rules changed at the drop of a hat.
