As somebody that has been around for all the drama, please please please ignore the "toxic dead state" comments. Can almost guarantee they are from people who caused the drama and then left the state, some of them leaving almost a year ago at this point. The only drama that has happened in the past several months has been in Kweenie's fabulous stories The state is not dead, we fight for every svs and even if we dont win the prep we defend our castle with gusto Its a shame that people hold such strong grudges over a mobile game that they try and ruin it for everyone else. But come on over for a visit, you'll probably find us quite a fun bunch of people to play with I'd also like to point out how little of the negative reviews are by verified accounts, because they're not in this state and dont know what's going on

I absolutely love the state and everyone in the nap. We have been treated like family since arrival and we all work together! This state has truly been a breath of fresh air from other states! Thank you for always being kind and making us feel like family!

Listen to the reviews. “Chad” or “Comethazine” (same person just changed his name) left the state himself, but name dropping others. The only people saying it’s a “good” state are the people there trying to cover it up. The people who are name dropped “Paula” “Pam” were handed down their accounts & have done nothing with them or the state except use them to abuse the weak & attack others to make them transfer out. They only battle dead states at this point. The only good presidents were Herbo & Erta but even they transferred bc the toxicity.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I’m pretty sure I know half of those people posting. (Herbo, Marie, etc) I am no longer with the state to join some old friends but don’t be fooled by the negative comments. They are good people who will befriend you upon arrival. Also the paula debacle is from some sad leaders. She pushed for 1148. Anyways, it’s not a bad state and half of the previous comments were from people who have lost svs vs them, players that were excommunicated for being ass, or your random low power player who can’t compete. It’s a good state

I love 1148! After moving here from a very toxic state, this has been amazing! All the alliances get along well, everyone is like a family. All the alliances have a say in how we run SVS and how we handle situations that come up like an unhappy player or a bully. Everyone works together well and the players are funny and friendly

I have been in 1148 for months, the only drama I have seen is old members coming into wc and running their mouth. State is calm and peaceful until they show up

Came over a few months ago or more from 1149 because some players in my alliance couldn’t keep themselves to themselves and caused drama. We had whales trying to take out our leaders, and even though some of that isn’t happening here, the drama doesn’t stop because our leaders can’t leave people alone. I already want to leave.

I’ve played in several states but I’ve been in 1148 since the very beginning. 1148 has been one of my favorite states to play in. The state has gone through a lot of changes and some rough patches but the people who are still here are the ones who really care about the state and its success. There is a sense of camaraderie that hadn’t been there in a long time. The friends I’ve made here are a big part of the reason I stay and will continue to do so. If there are issues we still need to work out, I would hope other alliances would speak up in nap so we can work things out and continue to make changes that will benefit us all.

Been here since the start . You know spy was tough then but also fair. Yes seen them zero players but also support them. Then it was over not Carry on weeks after. More I think about it , I see other comments on here that are true. its not the same . Us lower ranked don't get told nothing..in any group . See flare ups in WC , not a clue what's going on and yet expect us to perform on svs day. Gee thanks but no thanks. Sorry but if you want to move forward the state , then the ones at top need to let go . Let fresh blood take it to the next step, if you been leader for long time maybe it's you that is ruining it Remember it's just a game.

My alliance and I just moved into 1148 last month, and it's honestly been amazing. It's a very peaceful state and everyone gets along so well-even with a language barrier. This is the best state that my alliance, SNO, has ever had the pleasure of checking out and is everything we ever wanted from our last state.

I've been here for 7-8 months and it's great! The state has been really cooperative and peaceful since the drama queens left a few months ago. All alliances are united, with an Svs/Tyrant alliance available, and we share forts, strongholds, and castles. You can ask anyone in the state. ;)

SPY once was a good alliance. But snakes joined and got controlled over it, I think Paula has been in a relationship with every strong player enough that now she owns their accounts. Pam also got that account. The only one who grew their own account is KKKKK. Funny enough most of SPY leadership talk to players who have left about wanting to leave but are too scared to because they know they wouldn’t be relevant anywhere else. The other alliances leaders are not good either, they stay silent every time SPY breaks NAP for their benefit. Sure players that have left are salty because this was a state they once enjoyed and wanted to grow in but couldn’t, mainly because it’s SPY way or no way.

Started out nicely, as a very peaceful state. Then things started to go sour quickly; SPY, the main alliance in the state, removed an alliance from NAP without consulting the rest of the alliances. They were later reinstated after attention was called to this being problematic. They also broke NAP rules and no repercussions followed. They were very bad at cross alliance cooperation and we lost every svs while in the state. They may have (hopefully) got better at this. They are now matched against dead states in svs, which is why they can win now. Certainly a peaceful state in the sense that if you’re good friends with SPY and okay with following their orders, you can play in peace

Insults are common, if you don‘t fit into the System of SPY. Do what they want otherwise your Reputation will be attacked. Other NAP alliances follow the will of SPY. So its kind of dictatoric. Battlestrength is on the weak Side too.

Reviews are clear so far. 1148 is controlled by SPY. If you don’t interfere with them you are fine. Server is now ranked with the weakest Servers in SVS. If you Search a helpful, successfull Environment, don’t transfer here. Additionally there are some Shady players.

1148 was my third server since I started playing and it had more drama than the other two combined. Most of the positive reviews have to be written by either SPY players or bots. The most concerning behaviour is the backhanded "teamwork" from SPY. They say that the state has a NAP in place, but as soon as you make one mistake or do something that SPY doesn't like, you are going to experience "NAP" by being zeroed by their whale. Attacks without warning, explanation or reason, just because he felt like it. As soon as you try to talk about the situation, SPY leadership in form of Pam, Paula and said whale KKKKK ignore it away. Something happened but we don't acknowledge it and there will be no righting the wrongs, because SPY doesn't feel like it. This state should be avoided like the streetcurb in the hood after midnight. The only thing you will wish for after going to 1148 is, that the month you have to wait the get out of there goes by faster.

I was in this state for over 8 months. Ultimately, I made the decision to transfer off because of how toxic it got. There was conflicts in world chat, disagreements in NAP, always drama with the #1 alliance SPY. There was a point when I even joined SPY but left because the way it was ran was very terrible, and there was an absurd amount of drama in their leadership at the time. Even after leaving it never improved, only got worse. Do what SPY says or else they will make your gaming experience hell. Sadly all these positive reviews in here are probably from the same SPY player trying to drown out all the totally valid complaints.

1148 alliances work together to challenge foreign threats during SvS and other cross state events. Expect members to come and go throughout all NAP alliances as we strengthen each other to build a strong state. Fortress are distributed, castle is rotated, NAP established rules, not really much I can complain about from both a well established account and a free to play account.

Some of these reviews are from salty members of ONE and DRK alliances that transferred out. They constantly caused drama. Avoid allowing Merlin, ufukucan, ACE and other members of their squad to come to your state. SPY does not “plant” alts in alliances that transferred here to spy. We work our butts off taking over dead alliances and maxing out tech for alliances transferring in. We stay to help max it if it isn’t there or help with points during svs until the entire alliance arrives. If you don’t want SPY alts in your alliance kick them no one is forcing anyone to allow them to stay.

I came over from a neighboring state a few months ago to get away from different kinds of drama between alliances caused by individuals in both alliances. At first, everything seemed fine but that didn’t last long. I’m still not sure if it’s the state itself that’s toxic, or just the alliance and the people I transferred with. Either way, I’m not the only one who’s ready to leave. This is supposed to be a game, something fun to enjoy but some people seem determined to make it anything but that.

The state is kinda calm and looks fine. If any person or alliance wants to migrate here I would advice to watch SPY (Sausage Party's) behaviour. Firstly they welcome you warmly and then infiltrate you with their members, alt accounts and their snake tounges. They established NAP, worked well recently but they made to serve SPY. SPY impose rules but never follows. For example they asked big alliances to join them for Frostdragon event, thye joined them in order to represent state. During event week they banned attack gathering for Brother in Arms. A guy called LLX broke the rule, they just merely warned, after warning he continued to do so, nothing happened. Another guy did the same thing in other NAP alliance, suddenly kicked. In the same week, they just burned a 30 lvl guy for attacking to Fortress without warning. These are the simpliest examples They reinforced a guy with a whale in order to prevent retaliation of violance of rules. Other than that, there are good people in Rex, Tw1 and Wrz. I salute them.

If you move there with an alliance, avoid players from SPY joining you. They are like drones gathering Information to report back to the hive. The Server is under absolute control. If you follow the rules it’s Fine. Otherwise its getting nasty and your Reputation will be smashed. First it Looks fine, everyone is friendly. But its only to bring you „on Track“. NAP is only there to support SPY. Battleforce of the Server is weak and the WC is either empty, full of „Island votes“ or AI Stories. WRZ is nice though.

The state is overall friendly in nature. But... SPY, the number 1 alliance on the server, has taken it opon themselfes to function as "king" of the server. Everything SPY is saying has to be done, otherwise there will be consquences. SPY has, as the nickname suggests, spys in every other big alliance. They keep an eye on alliance chat and if they see something that goes against what they want, there will be consequences.

I joined a few months ago and I already want to leave. State 1148 is just… weird. People seem super friendly and welcoming at first but some of them do nothing but stick their noses in everyone else’s business. They’ll pretend to be your friend then turn around and talk behind your back. There are players with many accounts from other alliances and even other states spying. From what I’ve seen they just gather info and report it back to their headquarters to stir up drama. If you’re outgoing and like to make friends, be careful about joining this state. But if you’re more private and like to stay under the radar, you’ll probably be fine. My advice? Avoid the R4s from SPY and TW1, especially TW1 or better yet avoid the state entirely.

I couldn't get out of the state fast enough. There is nothing being done to actually grow the state. Constant fighting started by SPY. Broken rules all the time and no willingness to improve relationships within top alliances. For a state as old as it is there are very weak players there, even the ftp folks. Alliances transferring in are dooped left right and center. If you enjoy a world chat full of nothing but sharing islands and throwing hands/dice, or where your people are burned by people "that didn't know the rules" then 1148 is the state for you! There are MANY better options out there for you and you'll have a much better time.

I’ve been part of 1148 in TW1 for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most enjoyable and well-run states I’ve ever been in. From day one, the atmosphere has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Players are quick to offer help, advice, and support, whether you’re a veteran or just getting started. The teamwork is top-notch, with everyone doing their part and stepping up when needed. NAP keeps everything organized and makes sure no one feels left out. Communication is open and active, decisions are discussed, suggestions are heard, and there’s a real sense of mutual respect. There’s no ego, just a shared goal of growing together. Most importantly, it’s a peaceful and drama-free environment. People here play for the enjoyment of the game and to support each other, not to stir up conflict. It’s a refreshing change from the chaos that can exist in other states. If you’re looking for a chill, cooperative, and well-managed state, I couldn’t recommend 1148 more.

Peaceful state? Lol, that’s a joke.. Unless you would call a dead state peaceful? Then yeah, kind of..

SPY can and will break NAP without recourse. If you look at the castle history you can see that somewhat recently SPY held the presidency at least 3 times consecutively. The only times they didn't was when they were invaded so that doesn't count as rotation. They got matched with a dead state this last svs. Many good players already quit or went to another state.

They have broken NAP multiple times. The whales there gave their accounts to some trashy people and they just run it to the ground. You can provide screenshots of their promises and they will still deny it. SPY is a trash alliance with trashy people

SPY is a Tyrant alliance. There is no true NAP in 1148, anything SPY says is the law, and no, they don’t punish their own players if they break the rules, punishment is only for players in other alliances. Pam and Paula are the Ultimate toxic people. SPY is the reason that all other original alliances have transferred out of the state, and people who transfer to 1148 usually leave again. Do NOT go here, the state is basically dead now, and they get matched with other inactive states for svs.

The state is so sad that they got paired with a dead state for svs. All the good leaders quit and left and the ones who took over prioritized their alliance over the state, it was their rules. It’s empty and boring, wc is people rating their islands and the occasional AI story to bring it life.

We have came here 2 transfer windows ago. Server seems good but 1st rank of the alliance called SPY (so called SausageParty) has their spies at the other alliances such as Rex, Wrz, Sno and our alliance Tw1. If you are OK in a calm state but being dog of SPY it it a good place. Pros : Finally works together is SFC in SVS events, last 2 events titled are rotating. Collaborative server. Cons : All the alliances within NAP are being puppet of NAP. They do whatever SPY pleases. There is unseen tyranny under SPY's silver tongue.

Now that all the toxic people have transferred out, the state is amazing! They still have their alt in the state to attempt to bad mouth everyone but we all ignore them! Everyone works together Fair treatment for f2p players People are always willing to help and give advise 1148 is the only state I will ever be in :)

We arrived here in 1148 a few month ago. Best place to be. We are really cooperative and there is no drama. We all work together and have fun. State is friendly and funny.

The state has gone through some rough times, but is now really friendly, respectful and collaborative. We have a SvS alliance to fight together in. And also you will love story time in WC.

I moved here a few windows ago, it's very peaceful welcoming and friendly. Castle is rotated fortresses and strongholds allocated fairly. All alliances work together as a team for castle and svs prep

Friendly, with banter in WC. Can move from group to group with no drama. Work as one team for svs . Only thing I'd like to see is let other players try R4 roles , think be good to understand the work that goes into keeping state a happy team

I've been playing Whiteout Survival in 1148 for a while now, and I have to say, it's by far the best state I’ve been in. The community here is a great mix of competitive players and incredibly supportive individuals who are always willing to lend a hand. There is also an engaged player base, helpful discussions and friendly banter in world chat. The leadership within the top alliances fosters a fair and enjoyable environment and newcomers are welcomed with open arms.

This state is relaxed yet competitive during SvS, with minimal drama. The entire state is treated like family, we encourage growth for f2p and spenders.
