Lord have mercy. This state sucks. I transfered out recently a couldn't be happier. The amount of temper tantrums and childish conversations is unbelievable. Toxic whales we're constantly rotating through the state and taking over because they could see the leadership does not align. Leaders never took accountability for their actions or held alliance members accountable for things like sexual harassment, bullying, racism, homophobia, and more. When they were confronted they would always turn it back around on you. It was a wildly manipulative and toxic environment.
